Laid-Back USA | High Range Designs stands behind all of its products. We are happy to exchange or refund (when applicable) any defective item at any time. Please call customer service at 1-208-787-2277 should you need assistance with a return. For more information, please our customer service page.
If you have an item that is not defective but you need a credit or exchange, we are happy to do so within 30 days of the original ship date.

Laid-Back USA: Checkout Return / Exchange Policy:
To process a return or an exchange, please log into your account by clicking on the “My Account” button at the top of the page. Once logged in, click on “Order, Tracking History and Returns” from the menu on the left. Find your order by Order ID or by date and click on “View Details”. You will be given the option to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and the website will walk you through the remainder of the process. Please note that you will only be able to request an online return or exchange on those items that have already shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, you may call customer service at 1-208-787-2277 to cancel and replace your order. We will only be able to accept returns / exchanges on orders less than 30 days from purchase date.

The postage is not paid on getting the package to Laid-Back USA | High Range Designs.
We can only accept return items purchased on our website. Items purchased from our in-store vendor should be returned to vendor location of original purchase. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Laid-Back USA | High Range Designs is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds on Returns:
All return merchandise must be received by Laid-Back USA | High Range Designs prior to receiving a refund. All shipped returns must be accompanied by an RMA ID number. Refunds will be applied as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Exchange Orders:
All pending exchange orders will be processed by Laid-Back USA | High Range Designs immediately upon receiving the original return merchandise with accompanying RMA number. The balance, if any, will be charged at this time, and the requested replacement merchandise will be shipped UPS ground at no extra charge.
*Our exchange process also allows for the option to ship your exchange items immediately. If you choose this option, you will be charged for the new order in full, shipping included, on the same day you generate your RMA. Laid-Back USA will refund the cost of the replacement merchandise (a.k.a. exchange) once the return shipment is received. The new outbound shipping charges will also be refunded at that time. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the return to be received and refunded.
If you need to Exchange an item that was not bought on our website, please exchange the item with the vendor of original purchase. We can only accept items for Exchange purchased on our website. Gift Returns/Exchanges:
If you would like to return an item you have received as a gift, you will need to call customer service at 1-208-787-2277 for an RMA number. We do not accept returns without RMA numbers. If the merchandise to be returned was originally purchased on the Laid-Back USA website, please have the Order ID number handy in order to receive a prepaid return postage label. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will send you a gift certificate or promotional code of equal value, or exchange the merchandise for an item of equal value.
Out of Stock Items on Exchanges:
If an item or particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via email or telephone. If the item is going to come back in stock, you will have the option to wait. If it is out of stock for the season, you may make a new selection, receive a refund (when applicable), or receive a gift certificate or promotional code of equal value.
