Shipping Options
Laid-Back USA ships UPS. Options include ground, three-day, two-day and next-day shipping.
We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO boxes through the website. If you need to ship an order to an APO/FPO, please call Customer Service at 1-208-787-2277.
Please note that UPS does not ship on the weekends except for the Saturday Delivery option.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our website. After you place all of the items you wish to purchase into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart.
At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code.
Tracking a Package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online in your account area.
Back Orders
All items shown on the website are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes, and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable.
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a store credit or promotional code for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.
*Please note you cannot use PayPal checkout for backordered items per PayPal’s posted terms of service and policies. Backordered items will be removed from PayPal’s checkout cart prior to payment. If an error arises, please contact Laid-Back USA Customer Service at 1-208-787-2277.
