Shipping and Returns

*  We recommend placing orders no later than December 13th for delivery by December 25th due to seasonal holiday shipping delays. 

*  Free domestic (USA) shipping is currently included on all orders of $75.00 or more. 

*  Order processing and shipping is typically same or next-day, however in some cases may be up to 3 business days.  We’ll send you an email when your package has shipped so you know when to expect it. 

*  Your package will ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground, depending on weight and size. 

*  Once your package has left our facility, delivery times are unfortunately beyond our control.  Transit time may be affected by holidays, inclement weather, or other events. 

*  Expedited or Express shipping options are not available at this time. 

*  Laid-Back ships anywhere in the United States or Canada.  Other international shipping options are not currently available. 

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service, to request a return shipping label. Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm MST.

Customers are responsible for postage & shipping on all other returns or exchanges.

How Do I Return an Item?

Contact Customer Service to request a return shipping label.

• Securely package the items you wish to return

• Include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing slip.

• If you no longer a copy of your packing slip, a letter with the following information will be sufficient:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Reason for the return

• Give the package to your mail carrier, or drop off at your local collection box

Refused and Undeliverable Orders

Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost only. Shipping and handling will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.

What If I Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If any package or item appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service, to request a return shipping label. Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm MST.

How Long Does it Take To Receive a Refund?

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, your refund can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
